Further thoughts on regrets. Part 19
It seems to me that the only reasonable regret has to do with how we feel about a certain choice or behavior and the outcome it already produced. With our immediate bodily response to what actually happened.
I felt a certain way (bad) after I said or did something and after I saw the outcome, at least in theory I could have done something else, and had I done this other thing I wouldn’t feel the way I feel now seeing the consequences of my actual choice or behavior. In other words, minus what I did or said I would have no reason to dislike the reality.
