Do you need to believe something will eventually come out of what you do? Part 3
My whole thesis here is that hard work doesn’t need to be rewarded. That work should suffice as a reward. When work (the work you do) is the thing you enjoy the most (more than any signs of approval from people, from general public) then you don’t wait for anything more that the next day of work. If you love what you do it is rewarding enough.
